About
The Wayne Dyer Family Foundation is just that, a family run foundation based on
the belief that Love and Light is a beautiful compass in life. This is the message our father, Wayne Walter Dyer, instilled in his 8 children and brought to the world with more than 40 books of wisdom spanning more than 4 decades. His books helped and continue to help people with concepts taught throughout the ages of how to create the life you want and deserve.
Mission
Wayne W. Dyer was a self-help author and public speaker who, through his works, encouraged others to better themselves with positivity. His trust/estate has left a sum for his family to be charitable together and dedicate a portion of his estate to charitable causes.
The foundation is organized, and shall be administered and operated by the Trustees exclusively for charitable, scientific, or educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Causes which were close to Wayne Dyer and which the family seek to support include higher education, the poor and foster care, because Dr. Dyer grew up poor in the foster care system, and was a self-made man through education and professional achievement. The Co-Trustees hope to donate Dr. Dyer's lifelong works and products to various charitable institutes, prisons, schools, hospitals, libraries and the like. Additionally, a goal is to assist those who seek higher education who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
